LifelineUSA's Affiliate Program is well behind schedule, as many of you are aware. The expansion of the company into new channels has continued to take priority over the Affiliate Program roll-out, now tentatively scheduled to launch in August.

Our sincere thanks to all of you who continue to express interest in advocating for the Lifeline products and brand. It is our goal to make available an easy-to-use and customer friendly affiliate partnership program as quickly as possible, and, again, appreciate your patience.

Affiliate Program Terms & Pricing:

Definition:
Affiliate: Referrer of an individual or group to LifelineUSA for product purchase.

Commissions:
Commission is paid on customer sales receipt total before shipping and handling charges are applied.

Structure:
Affiliate relationships are direct to LifelineUSA. Management of second tier affiliate partnerships are the sole responsibility of affiliate.

Terms:
• Affiliates must achieve a minimum of $2,500 in sales within 365 days of start date, and continue to do so through subsequent 365 day ‘terms’ to maintain affiliate status.

• Affiliate partnerships are non-binding and may be terminated at the discretion of either party at any time.
